A comprehensive appointment typically runs 60–90 minutes. Dr. Kun will review your hearing history, examine your ears with an otoscope, and run a full battery of tests: pure-tone audiometry (air and bone conduction), speech recognition, and, where relevant, speech-in-noise testing. You leave with a clear picture of your hearing, explained in plain language.

Yes. Dr. Kun sees patients in English and Mandarin. Our front-desk team also offers support in Cantonese and Spanish. We want every patient to be able to talk about their hearing in the language they think in.

The initial fitting visit is typically 90 minutes. We include Real Ear Measurement (REM), the verification step many clinics skip, to confirm your aids are delivering exactly the prescription your ears need. Follow-up fine-tuning visits are shorter and usually scheduled at 2 and 6 weeks.
